Notes

1. One joint ceremony will be held for students in the bachelor's, master's, professional, and doctoral programs in the science/engineering and medical/dental sciences fields.
2. Students participating are requested to arrive by 10:15 a.m.
3. Doors will open at 9:45 a.m.
4. Doors will close at 10:20 a.m., after which entry will be restricted. Be sure to arrive with plenty of time to enter.
5. The ceremony will be conducted in English.
6. Family members can view a live broadcast of the ceremony on screens located in the Multi-Purpose Digital Hall (West Bldg. 9) and the Lecture Theatre (West Lecture Bldg. 1) on Ookayama Campus.
7. Doors to the Multi-Purpose Digital Hall (West Bldg. 9) and the Lecture Theatre (West Lecture Bldg. 1) will open at 9:45 a.m.
8. The ceremony will be streamed on YouTube, allowing others to watch it from home.
9. Unauthorized vehicles are not permitted on campus.
10.Please note that there will be no cloakroom at the venue, so we kindly ask that you bring only valuables and essential items.
