Date and Time: Tuesday, March 25, 2025
Bachelor's Degree Students: Starting at 10:00 a.m.(Scheduled End Time: 10:45 a.m.)
Master's and Doctoral Degree Students: Starting at 2:00 p.m.(Scheduled End Time: 2:30 p.m.)
Venue: Akio Suzuki Memorial Hall (Yushima Campus), 2nd floor, M&D Tower

Notes:
1. Doors will open thirty minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
2. [Bachelor's Degree] Due to the venue’s capacity, only one family member per family will be allowed inside the hall. All others can watch the ceremony on a screen at a different area (Lecture Room 1).
　* A lottery for entrance will be held from 9:00 a.m. The winners, one person per family, will be allowed to enter the hall.
　　Lottery location: Parent reception in front of Suzuki Akio Memorial Hall, 2nd floor of M&D Tower.
3. [Graduate Students] due to the venue’s capacity, only one family member per family is allowed to enter the hall. All others can watch the ceremony on a screen at a different area (Lecture Room 1).

For Science and Engineering Students

Date and Time: Wednesday, March 26, 2025
Bachelor's Degree Students: Starting at 11:00 a.m.(Scheduled end time: 12:00 p.m.)
Master's, Professional Master's, and Doctoral Degree Students: Starting at 2:00 p.m.(Scheduled end time: 3:00 p.m.)
Venue: Sports Center, Ookayama Campus

Notes:
1.　Doors will open one hour prior to the ceremony.
2.　Admission will be restricted starting from ten minutes before the ceremony. We kindly ask that you arrive early.
3.　Due to the venue’s capacity, family members will be able to watch the ceremonies on screens at other venues (70th Anniversary Auditorium, Multi-Purpose Digital Hall).
