【For students in the science and engineering fields】 Resume of Procedures for Study Abroad and Other Overseas Travel on the new system

●Those who have submitted an ‘Request to Study Abroad’ in the old system (T2APPs)

If you need to revise your submitted 'Request to Study Abroad', please contact the student division (undergraduate services group, graduate services group, or Suzukakedai student group) .

After returning to Japan, please submit a new ‘Study Abroad Report" in the new system (Rakuraku WF II). Data entered in the old system is not carried over. You are required to enter all basic information and other details anew. If you need to confirm the contents of the ‘Request to Study Abroad’ submitted in the old system (T2APPs), please contact relevant group of the student division.

●Those who submitted the ‘Departure Notice’ in the old system (T2APPs)

If you need to revise your submitted notice, please contact your program administrator.

●Those who submitted the ‘Request to Study Abroad’ and ‘Departure Notice’ (paper forms) during the suspension of the old system (T2APPs)

Continue to use the paper form until the final approval made. If you have any questions, please contact the student division (undergraduate services group, graduate services group, or Suzukakedai student group) or the program administrator.

Those who have submitted `Request to Study Abroad' are requested to submit a new ‘Study Abroad Report’ in the new system (Rakuraku WF II) after returning to Japan.
