*This workshop can be taken as a part of an Entrepreneurship Course.
Students are also welcome to participate in this workshop as a one-time attendee.
Outline
Peer coaching is a communication method that draws out the strengths of others through dialogue. By coaching with peers, colleagues, and others in ‘horizontal connections’, you can deepen your understanding of your intrinsic motivation while building relationships that foster mutual support in setting goals for life, career, and other areas. This workshop is recommended for students who want to improve their communication skills and coach among peers, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.
