Outline

With advances in AI, tasks such as task management and research are becoming increasingly efficient. However, when people work together to accomplish something, the challenge of human relationships remains.

Even within a research lab community, “misalignments” in seemingly trivial matters—such as cleaning, communication, and the division of responsibilities—often arise not from malice, but from differences in underlying assumptions that people may not even be aware they hold.

In this workshop, participants will gain practical perspectives and techniques through experiential learning that begins with bodily awareness. They will learn to reframe these “misalignments” not as problems with another person’s character, but as differences in underlying assumptions.
